Going with a local project we took on a very long mezzanine floor in a building known for Bronx Engineering Co. Ltd who used to manufacture heavy machinery.

We set out as the first trade on site allowing the external groundworks to continue saving the client about a week during the project, at one point the site was stopped when an issue with asbestos was found in a different area to where we were operating, so when it was safe to proceed we still ended up completing on target.

Method:
For this project we used one counterbalance fork lift truck with three electric scissor lift all materials could be driven into the area and offloaded, saving handling materials twice.

Summary:
We completed on target, no extra costs, we ended up with more work from the client following the completion of this site, so as projects go this one was a good typical mezzanine floor installation.
